1. Download and install “Dokan Library” dokan-0.6.0 2011/01/10
2. Download “Dokan SSHFS-0.2.0.1226” dokan-sshfs-0.2.0.1226 2008/12/11
   1. Unzip
   2. Install DokanSSHFSInstall.msi
3. Download “Dokan SSHFS-0.6.0” dokan-sshfs-0.6.0 2010/01/12
   1. Unzip
   2. Copy DokanNet.DLL from the unzipped directory to C:\Program Files\Dokan\DokanSSHFS\ replacing the DokanNet.DLL file in that directory
   3. Copy DokanSSHFS.exe from the unzipped directory to C:\Program Files\Dokan\DokanSSHFS\ replacing the DokanSSHFS.exe file in that directory
4. Run Dokan SSHFS by going to “Start…” “All Programs…” “DokanSSHFS”
