Here are drivers for WinXP for the following cards (and possibly additional Western Digital SCSI Controllers, I’m not sure). I’m putting them up here because they were a bit tough to find on the internet (probably because the controller is so old) :

And judging from the name of the zip, I imagine these work on Windows 2000 as well, though I haven’t tested that.
